Arun was born in Delhi. Where his father worked as a Small Businessman. His ancestral village Pauri Garwal is Dwari in Pauri District Of Uttranchal. Arun has two younger sisters and one younger brother. Mandola attended Sharda Devi Sanskrit Vidya Peeth(School) in Delhi. He was Done M.A in Astrology from Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidya Peeth Katwariya Sarai(Delhi).

Mandola made his acting debut in SonyTv show Sankat mochan Mahabali Hanumaan, This is an Indian Historical Drama show where he portrayed the role of Prince Lakshman. Mandola next moved to the Bollywood film industry with the main lead in the film Suspense as Aarav. Suspense has released in 2019.
